From Kariho Brewery in Akita comes a seasonal sake that heralds the arrival of spring. Carefully pressed using the traditional “fune pressing” method, it presents a slightly cloudy kasumi-style appearance. According to the brewery, the freshly pressed sake is bottled immediately after pressing. As the cherry blossoms bloom around the brewery each year, kingfishers return, symbolizing the arrival of spring—inviting you to enjoy this fresh sake born at the very beginning of the season.
