1. Delivery Schedule & Process
We strive to deliver your sake in peak condition with maximum efficiency.
Fast Dispatch: Orders placed before 2:00 PM on business days will be dispatched at 6:00 PM the same day. Under normal circumstances, you will receive your order on the next day.
Shipment Tracking: Once dispatched, a confirmation message with a tracking number will be sent to your registered contact method.
Flexible Delivery: The final delivery time is managed by SF Cold Chain. You may contact the SF Express courier directly using your tracking number to coordinate a specific arrival time.
Special Requests: If you require delivery on a specific date, please contact our customer service team via WhatsApp: +852 5951 7745. While we will do our best to accommodate your request, precise delivery times cannot be guaranteed.
Please Note: Delivery times may be affected by weather conditions, traffic, or other unforeseen circumstances. SakeSale is not liable for delays caused by such factors. Our business hours are Monday to Friday (09:00 – 18:00). We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and Public Holidays.
2. Professional Cold Chain & Shipping Fees
Sake is a delicate product. To protect its flavor, we invest in specialized logistics to ensure a 100% temperature-controlled journey.
- 100% Quality Assurance: We utilize SF Cold Chain services. This ensures your sake is kept at the optimal low temperature from our climate-controlled warehouse to your doorstep.
Outlying Islands: For areas such as Lantau Island, Lamma Island, and Cheung Chau, we recommend selecting SF Station Self-Pickup to ensure flexible collection and stable wine quality.
