Delivery Policy

Delivery Time:

a) Orders will be cut off at 2:00 PM every working day, and shipments will be dispatched by 6:00 PM. Under normal circumstances, delivery will occur the following day.

b) Office hours are Monday to Friday from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. We are closed on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays.

c) Customers will receive a confirmation message and tracking number once shipped via their registered contact method. SF Cold Chain will arrange the final delivery time, and customers may also contact SF Express staff to discuss the delivery time.

d) If you need to specify a delivery date, please contact our customer service team (WhatsApp: +852 5951 7745) to confirm the delivery date. However, our company cannot guarantee precise delivery times.

e) Delivery times may be delayed due to weather conditions, traffic issues, and other unforeseen circumstances. Sake Exchange will not provide any compensation or assume legal responsibility for such delays.




Cold Delivery/Normal Delivery:

a) We use SF Express's cold delivery and liquor delivery services. Free shipping is available for orders with a minimum purchase amount of $380.


b) For outlying areas such as Lantau Island, Lamma Island, and Cheung Chau, please choose the SF Express self-pickup spot. You can refer to the following link for more details: https://htm.sf-express.com/hk/tc/dynamic_function/S.F.Network/SF_store_address/


c) If the purchase amount is below $380, a delivery fee of $60 will be charged for the delivery service.
