While it does not display the flamboyant, outwardly expressive aroma typical of Daiginjo, unlike Special Junmai or Junmai Ginjo brewed with Kyokai No.7 yeast via the quick-moto method, its greatest feature lies in the calm, restrained fruity nuances perceived on entry. This lends the flavor greater depth and individuality.

Within the Furoizumi lineup, this is one of the lightest and most agile expressions. The yeast has been switched from Kyokai No.7 to a house yeast isolated from a Yamahai moromi two years prior, giving rise to a distinct and characterful profile.
