"Lip Year" is a term representing a "leap year." This year, 2024, is a leap year that occurs every four years.

This sake is released in commemoration of the leap year, a limited edition available only once every four years.

Since 2020, this marks the re-release of the sake! Once sold out, the next opportunity to taste it will be in 2028.

Aiyama is a premium and precious rice variety, and EikoFuji is introducing two sakes brewed using Aiyama rice this year. Striking a well-balanced blend of umami and crispness, it's a highly recommended brew for special occasions. As a once-every-four-years limited edition, it's a great opportunity to give it a try.
