Mrs. Michiko Urayama, the wife of the brewery owner, serves as the toji, carefully crafting the exquisite sake "Musubi Yui."

Made from Aomori Prefecture's "Masshigura" rice, polished to the Junmai Ginjo grade with a polishing rate of 50%, and bottled directly from the press.
