The aroma is very mild, with subtle notes of koji and caramel.

The taste is gentle and rounded, featuring a slightly refreshing and crisp sensation, accompanied by a moist and gentle flavor.

A slightly complex flavor with a grainy sensation, along with a smooth umami, slowly spreads in the mouth. Despite retaining the characteristic acidity of Yamahai, it doesn't feel heavy and is very easy to drink.

The anticipation of future changes is also a delightful aspect.
