On the palate, rich rice umami and mellow sweetness spread generously, with a smooth, silky texture. A subtle acidity neatly tightens the overall flavor, while the finish leaves a clear, pure impression like melting snow, making this a tender, seasonally expressive sake.

The second release of new sake in the seasonal “Good Times Series,” “Winter Session,” has arrived. Continuing the popular design from last year, it again features the illustration of a kotatsu and a girl, this time rendered in a pink color scheme that evokes a soft, wintry atmosphere.
