“Yamana Shuzo Kioke Kimoto Natural Sparkling” is an organic sparkling sake that beautifully combines traditional brewing craftsmanship with a natural philosophy. It is made using organically cultivated Gohyakumangoku sake rice grown in Tamba City, Hyogo Prefecture, without the use of any brewing additives. Carefully brewed using the traditional Kimoto method, the sake undergoes several months of secondary fermentation in the bottle, naturally creating its fine bubbles.
