This sake is made from high-quality sake rice "Dewasansan" from Yamagata Prefecture, with a polishing rate of 50%. Although it has a lower alcohol content, it boasts a rich mouthfeel and a higher koji ratio, showcasing a refreshing flavor.

The theme for 2024 is "Brewing Beyond the Ages." Tokko (Kojima Sohonten) draws inspiration from its history, particularly from the Horeki era (1761), when the koji ratio exceeded 30%. Therefore, a higher koji ratio was selected during the brewing process.
