It is not a sparkling sake, but this Japanese sake has a slight effervescence. It has a moderate aroma of Ginjo and a taste that resembles wine with low acidity. It has a rich sweetness from the rice and a refreshing finish.

Yamagatamasamune Inzao Christmas Version is the pinnacle of regional sake pursued by Yamagata Masamune, utilizing snow goddess rice grown by local farmers and agriculture corporations Ibarakibu Sajoho. This sake originates from agriculture that is rooted in the region.

The Toji (master brewer) also appears in a Santa Claus costume for this special edition, which is only available for one month! Toasting with Japanese sake on Christmas night is such a stylish thing to do!
