Like the classic dry series, it uses Kurume-grown Yume Tsukushi rice and is bottled at 14% with a single pasteurization (hi-ire) to preserve its crisp and sharp character. This is a refreshingly dry summer sake unlike any you may have seen before—its extremely clean taste is irresistible.
