The nigori sake “Kazahana,” now in its second year of release, features a refreshing, tightening citrus-like soft acidity that harmonizes perfectly with its fine cloudy texture. It concludes with a softly fading, lightly sparkling sensation, delivering a very comfortable drinking experience. Inspired by the elegant life of an exiled emperor on Sado Island, the label depicts a noble figure in traditional attire gently playing a flute, expressing a quiet and refined aesthetic. Despite being only its second release, the overall balance and level of craftsmanship are remarkably high, with the nigori character emerging in a fresh and delicate manner.
