When tasted, one can experience the rapid expansion of splendid aromas and fruity notes, a refreshing and transparent mouthfeel, and a light lingering aftertaste.

Ura Kouka from Shindo Sake Brewery is an unfiltered, unpasteurized sake, produced as a regular sake with "Dewa no Sato" rice from Yamagata Prefecture polished to 65%.

The Ura Gasanryu series is born from the brewer's intention and free thinking, and Kouka stands out for its excellent cost performance. It is a sake worth trying.
