This sake is befitting of the name "Princess Michiko." Its top notes exude a pitiable, splendid, and elegant fragrance, delicately tickling the nose. The taste carries a captivating and refined sweetness derived from the flower yeast. Of course, it is not only sweet but also boasts the unique and delightful aftertaste and high-quality lingering finish that are characteristic of Toyobijin. It is akin to the regal appearance of Empress Michiko, a true gem that can be called an artistic masterpiece.

"Princess Michiko" is a yeast strain isolated by Tokyo University of Agriculture from a rose variety named "Princess Michiko," which was presented to Empress Michiko of Japan from the UK when she was Crown Princess. The rose blooms with beautiful orange flowers. This sake is a limited edition release.
