This sake offers a gentle and mild mouthfeel with a full-bodied and powerful flavor, juicy and packed with essence. The soft flavors are well-balanced with a hint of astringency and acidity, and the refreshing aftertaste is exceptionally light and lively, making it a sake of high quality.

The "Jundo Ichizu Series" is a new collection of Junmai Ginjo sake, with the rice polished to 50%. Seven different types of sake rice are used each month, allowing the unique characteristics of each rice to be fully utilized. The sake is unfiltered and undergoes a single pasteurization, preserving the freshness and original flavors of the sake. "Sake Mirai" rice is renowned for its association with "Juyondai," and the use of "Sake Mirai" by the responsible party at Toyobijin is a tribute to "Juyondai" and its craftsmen.
