The latest series from Sumikawa Sake Brewing Co., Ltd., which is highly popular, is called "Jundo Ichizu." This phrase was given to the head of Sumikawa Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. by his mentor, Mr. Koshi Mitada, during his apprenticeship. To this day, the head of Sumikawa Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. cherishes and remembers this phrase: "No matter what happens, now and in the future, you must devote yourself wholeheartedly to sake brewing."
