This release was born from the brewery's desire to create a uniquely expressive Tenbi using "Saito no Shizuku," a sake rice variety cultivated in the Toyota area of Shimonoseki City, Yamaguchi Prefecture. By highlighting the distinctive character of this local rice, the brewery has crafted a sake that reflects both regional identity and Tenbi's innovative approach to brewing.
