This is a bottle you truly need to experience for yourself to appreciate the remarkable chemical reaction sparked between “Tanizumi” and “Tedorigawa.”

This sake was brewed with the heartfelt wish of becoming “a light of hope to illuminate Noto.” Using rice and sake salvaged from a completely destroyed brewery, it was first crafted as a yamahai kijoshu, then that sake itself was used as the brewing base to create yet another yamahai kijoshu. The result is a deeply symbolic and meaningful work.
