Crafted using Yoshida Sake Brewery’s signature “Yamada Nishiki × Gohyakumangoku” blend in a golden ratio, this is a crisp, dry namagenshu with a lively, slightly stimulating freshness reminiscent of active fermentation. Enjoyed on its own, it delivers a refreshing yet impactful flavor, and it also pairs exceptionally well with dishes seasoned with salt, lemon, lime, or garlic, as well as crisp-textured vegetables. It is recommended to serve well chilled at around 5–10°C, in a sake cup or wine glass, to fully appreciate its character.

A rare creation named directly after its flavor, it naturally evokes the reaction “just as expected” upon tasting—a sharp and invigorating dry-style sake.
