Description
Even after undergoing secondary fermentation in the bottle, this sake retains ample rice-derived umami and gentle sweetness while developing a refreshingly fine and elegant effervescence. The texture is light, smooth, and highly approachable, making it easy to enjoy glass after glass. As an active bottle-conditioned Nigori sake, there is a possibility of vigorous foaming upon opening. It is therefore recommended to chill the bottle thoroughly beforehand, avoid shaking or unnecessary movement, and open it slowly only after the contents have settled.

The "White Knight" series was created with the aspiration of becoming a savior for the generation that has drifted away from sake culture. This release marks the second chapter of the story, titled "Adventure." The knight no longer carries a sword in his hand, but instead raises a sake cup high into the air.
