It is regarded as an ideal sake rice and is highly praised by breweries both in the Tohoku region and nationwide. This expression is crafted as a Junmai Ginjo Muroka Nama Genshu using this popular rice, perfectly embodying the concept of a “fruity, food-friendly sake.”
