This sake boasts an intense and splendid sweetness, with a unique and rich texture that brings out a juicy and delicious flavor.

This is a limited-edition product from "Takachiyo," a handcrafted snow country sake made in Minami Uonuma, Japan, using the traditional way and the "Makigin" water. This is the tenth installment of the "59 Takachiyo" ultra-limited version, made from the "Aiyama" and "Ipponjime" rice varieties, with no adjustments made and polished to a flat milling rate of 59%.

The raw rice used is 22.5% Aiyama and 77.5% Ipponjime, two rice varieties carefully selected for brewing. After going through flat milling to a rate of 59%, it is brewed using the soft water of the "Makinbikyo" in Echigo Hachiman, creating a pure rice ginjo sake without any adjustments.
