This shochu retains the rich and sweet flavor of barley, making it an excellent choice to pair with seasonal delicacies. You can enjoy it with ice, add an appropriate amount of cold water, or simply chill it in the refrigerator. The best time to savor it is after the ice has melted. In the scorching summer days, it can be enjoyed chilled after freezing.

"Taimei" is a raw shochu taken from the middle layer of the cask. During the slow distillation process, only the most luxurious part, known as "chuo tori" (中取り), is selected and diluted without filtration. It then matures in storage tanks for over six months. In the hot summer days, this refreshing shochu is presented in a transparent bottle with a goldfish swimming label, hoping that you can experience its refreshing and gentle characteristics both visually and in taste. It is prepared as a low-alcohol spirit. Despite having an alcohol content of only 19%, "Taimei" maintains its unique aroma and smooth taste, providing a refreshing and crisp drinking experience.
