This sake is a special edition exclusively available at Sougen Sake Brewery's partner stores, carefully brewed using Omachi rice from its hometown—Akaiwa, Okayama Prefecture—with a polishing rate of 55%. This sake is a long-awaited return of the exquisite Omachi rice brew from Sougen Sake Brewery, the oldest brewery in the Noto region and the birthplace of the Noto sake masters, after more than a decade.
