Description

The refreshing aroma of this sake is reminiscent of flowers such as jasmine and chamomile. The slight effervescence and acidic extension is complemented by the soft sweetness and rich umami, making it an excellent match for bold and flavorful dishes.

"Shizengo" and "Rakushi Masamune" are among the highly acclaimed products in the Japanese sake industry, and "Shizengo Junmaishu" produced by "Ooki Daikichi" is a well-regarded product in Fukushima Prefecture's Nishi Shirakawa District.

This "Shizengo Junmaishu" is brewed using the Cell Renin strain yeast and locally grown "Yumenoka" rice that is polished to 60%. The Cell Renin strain yeast, such as Association No.18 and CEL-24, is famous for its gorgeous ginjo aroma in Japanese sake.
