The delicate Junmai aroma exudes grapefruit-like sweetness, sourness, and bitterness, blending perfectly in the mouth and bringing a refreshing finish. The unique and powerful flavor of Kinmon Nishiki is present in this sake.

This sake is suitable for pairing with non-greasy foods.

This limited edition product uses the crossbred rice variety known as "dreamy sake rice" Nagano's "Kinmon Nishiki", which is a special cultivation combining the "Yamada Nishiki" and "Takanenishiki" strains. It is only purchased once a year.

The characteristic of unfiltered Japanese sake is that it tastes close to "just-brewed sake", often with a rich and robust mouthfeel. In terms of color, unfiltered sake tends to be slightly yellowish.
