From Takachiyo Brewery’s popular low-alcohol “Shin Takachiyo” series, this release is the V-TYPE INNOCENT. The series is themed around “sake designed for daytime drinking.” It is brewed with Ipponjime rice grown in Uonuma, Niigata, polished to 65% with a flat milling technique, and bottled unfiltered and unpasteurized with fine lees intact. With an alcohol content of 12%, lower than typical sake, it delivers a light and easy-drinking experience.

Within the series, V-TYPE stands out for its pronounced effervescence. Its refreshing sweet-and-sour profile bursts in the mouth, offering a thoroughly exhilarating sensation.
