The acidity of this sake is not as strong as other varieties, providing a solid core to its juice-like lightness. It has a rich viscosity and a fruity sweetness that gradually spreads, offering a mild and elegant aroma with the delightful taste of rice.


This is a popular autumn limited edition released by "Sharaku." The rice used in this sake comes from the renowned "Juyondai" brewery in Yamagata. The 14th generation president of Takagi Sake Brewery, Mr. Takagi Tatsugoro, spent 18 years crossbreeding Miyamanishiki and Gyokuryu F10 to create the rare Yamagata Prefecture variety called "Ushu Homare." The rice provides a stable aroma and a fruit-like flavor upon tasting. It is recommended to be enjoyed as a chilled sake.
