The mouthfeel is rich and juicy, reminiscent of a sweet melon, while the unique delicate sensation of "shizuku" sake flows between the tongue and palate. A slight hint of bitterness perfectly balances the overall style, leaving an endless aftertaste.

100% made from the finest sake rice, "Yamada Nishiki," polished up to an impressive 40%. Only the sake that drips naturally from the fermentation bags, known as "shizuku," is collected, which makes it distinctive. The new sake is directly bottled and undergoes pasteurization all at once, followed by rapid cooling and bottling, perfectly preserving the texture and high quality. This is the highest grade in the Sharaku series, and after storing it in the refrigerator, it has reached its best drinking period.
