The soft, smooth body is defined by clear acidity that gives the sake a vivid structure, while the finish turns elegant and long-lasting, making it especially well suited for celebratory occasions.

Released at year’s end, the Senkin UA Collection Zodiac Series “UA Uma.” This collaborative creation is born from Senkin’s traditional brewing techniques, with United Arrows directly participating in the brewing process.
