After three years of planning, Senkin Brewery introduces a new product in their fruit wine line, called "Domaine Parlor." Building upon their experience with simultaneous multiple fermentation in Japanese sake production, they take on the challenge of a single fermentation process. Similar to Japanese sake, the brewing method of Domaine Parlor is deeply rooted in nature, adhering to a natural fermentation process.
