Experience true Nara terroir at SakeSale! Kaze no Mori Tsuboi Kita Chiku is brewed with single-origin Akitsuho rice. This unpasteurized micro-carbonated sake features crisp green apple aromas and vibrant umami. A pure expression of the land!

The star-shaped "Future Sake Degree" emblem printed in the upper left corner of the label is based on a hand-drawn star created by one of the Akitsuho growers, and this release features the version drawn by Mr. Tsuboi. At first glance, it appears to be a shining star, yet it subtly evokes the shape of the kanji character for "rice", reflecting both creativity and a sense of playfulness. As with all labels in the S Kaze no Mori series, the design celebrates the rich satoyama scenery surrounding the foothill brewery. This edition depicts the moment of dawn, as the rising sun gradually illuminates the landscape and morning mist transforms the monochrome darkness of night into vibrant color. Through this imagery, the brewery hopes even those who have never visited the brewery can experience the unique beauty of the land at daybreak.
