New product from Ryouzeki Laboratory

There is a new product available from the fantastic Ryouzeki Brewery! This extraordinary sake is made using the "Association No. 1 yeast," a historic yeast used since the Taisho era, and Akita's new sake rice, "Ichihozumi." The "Ichihozumi" is a hybrid of Akita's sake komachi and Niigata's koshihikari, which has less impurities, a pure and clean taste that highlights the characteristics of the yeast.

It is recognizable by its Tiffany blue label.
