The carefully brewed Junmai Daiginjo sake, when matured, exudes a fresh and fragrant fruit-like aroma while also revealing the softness brought by the four-stage preparation of mochi rice.

This sake, named "Beautiful Dream Yeast," is extracted from the same tank as the sake used at the wine tasting competition. We cultivate rice at our brewery in Minamiaizu Town, mill it in-house to 35%, and utilize the traditional four-stage rice-making process, brewing with beautiful dream yeast. Due to limited production, each store is allocated a portion of the shipment.
