The first sake released in early spring. We use Kashima's Yamada Nishiki and bottle freshly pressed sake. You can enjoy the freshness and gorgeous aroma of the new sake with this popular Junmai Ginjo of early spring.

Established in 1795, Baba Syuzoujyou is a small brewery located in the southwestern part of Saga Prefecture, Kyushu. The clear water in the vicinity of the brewery is the best place for sake brewing. The sake is brewed with Yamadanishiki, which is grown by 13 local farmers who have made a contract with the brewery.
