The petal-like aroma of cherry blossoms in full bloom is followed by a soft and gentle sweetness that expresses the springtime, and the balance between the aroma and the sweetness is a comforting one!

Established in 1795, Baba Syuzoujyou is a small brewery located in the southwestern part of Saga Prefecture, Kyushu. The clear water in the vicinity of the brewery is the best place for sake brewing. The sake is brewed with Yamadanishiki, which is grown by 13 local farmers who have made a contract with the brewery.
