Produced by Maruishi Jozo in Okazaki City, Aichi Prefecture, "Nito Strawberry" is a limited seasonal release crafted using the brewery's popular Nito sake as its foundation. A generous amount of strawberry puree is incorporated, resulting in a richly textured liqueur with the concentrated character of strawberry jam. To add further complexity, the brewery includes Junmai Umeshu made from Nito sake along with lemon juice as hidden flavor elements. These additions bring a lively, refreshing acidity that beautifully complements the natural sweetness of the strawberries.
