This sake is brewed using “Sake Komachi” rice from Akita Prefecture, provided by the close friends of Nichinichi—the brewery behind the enormously popular “No.6,” Akita’s Aramasa Shuzo. Crafted through meticulous processes, it fully showcases the gentle character of Sake Komachi rice.

This is a premium and rare sake that may not even be produced once each year. Those interested should secure it early.
