Upon tasting, it is refreshing with a juicy texture, balanced acidity and sweetness, flowing smoothly like silk through the mouth, providing a profound sensory experience. It features a moderate astringency and bitterness, along with noticeable spiciness, gently enveloping the palate and smoothly passing through the throat, leaving a refreshing and clean aftertaste.

This limited edition sake is made from the premium brewing rice "Sakemirai" developed by Takagi Shuzo, creators of "Juyondai" sake brewery. Currently, only about 15 breweries nationwide use this rice for brewing. Takagi Shuzo has applied their expertise accumulated over five million stones of rice to the brewing of "Sakemirai."
