Naraman, a renowned sake from Yumegokoro Sake Brewery in Kitakata, Fukushima Prefecture, has contributed to Fukushima's recognition as a prominent sake region, comparable to Niigata, Yamagata, and Nagano. Yumegokoro Sake Brewery is known for its excellent brewing techniques and dedication to local ingredients, crafting sake that can only be produced in Kitakata sake breweries. They use contract-grown Gohyakumangoku rice, spring water from Mt. Iide, and Fukushima's "Utsukushima Dream Yeast" in their brewing process. This sake achieves a balanced taste, suitable for pairing with meals and easy drinking, making it beloved by both sake novices and enthusiasts.
