“Muso Sanyu”—a light nigori sake crafted to bring a sense of ease and refreshment. Its name is inspired by a poem from Du Fu, “one cup disperses a thousand sorrows,” symbolizing the ability of a single glass to lift burdens. From the widely acclaimed Muso brand, known for embodying Niigata’s “New Tanrei Karakuchi” style, this is the third release of the year—a limited edition light nigori nama genshu.
