“Mori no Sake” is the only non-sparkling sake in the brand’s lineup. It features umami derived from an acid-based moto, combined with citrus-like acidity. With an alcohol content of 13%, it is light yet layered, offering both easy drinkability and a satisfying depth. Mori no Brewery focuses primarily on crafting sparkling sake, using only organically grown “Nanatsuboshi” rice from Rankoshi, Hokkaido.
