Due to changes in the production and fermentation process of the koji, the umami of the rice has been concentrated, while the mouthfeel of the sake disappears instantly, bringing a beautiful and delightful tasting experience that makes you unable to resist taking another sip. This sake showcases her sincere dedication to brewing through its refreshing and rich layers of flavor.

This Junmai Daiginjo is personally crafted by "Big Eater Idol" and Binge-Eating Queen "Moearu." Since 2019, Moeno Azuki has begun learning brewing techniques at Niizawa Sake Brewery. Through continuous effort, she has accumulated around 300 types of tasting experiences, ultimately transforming these experiences into a commercial product. She also obtained her sake tasting qualifications in 2018.
