Crafted as a crisp and invigorating Junmai sake for warm-weather enjoyment, this release is designed to be served well chilled during the hotter months. It is brewed exclusively from locally grown sake rice cultivated under contract in Minokamo City, Gifu Prefecture. During the summer nomikiri evaluation, only the tanks showing the finest condition are carefully selected for bottling. The brewery specifically aimed to create a summer-friendly profile that avoids excessive richness, emphasizing freshness, lightness, and easy drinkability.

The label continues the brewery's philosophy of encouraging people to enjoy sake freely and joyfully. To commemorate the birth of the first pair of giant panda twins at Ueno Zoo, the bottle features a charming panda illustration that has become highly popular among fans. The playful design perfectly complements the sake's refreshing character, adding a cheerful and lively summer atmosphere.
