From the highly popular Miyakanbai brand in Osaki, Miyagi Prefecture, comes the seasonal limited release “Junmai Ginjo SPRINGTIME.” This sake is brewed using the brewery’s original “Miyatsubaki Yeast,” cultivated in-house over seven years. Discovered from camellia flowers blooming in the brewery’s garden, this rare yeast was found to be exceptionally suitable for sake brewing, embodying the dedication and craftsmanship of the brewery.
