This is a Junmai Ginjo sake brewed from Hyogo Prefecture’s Yamada Nishiki, polished to 50%, reaching the Junmai Daiginjo level. The body showcases the artisan spirit, with a thick and robust mouthfeel.

Minami Shuzojo, located in Yasuda Town, Aki District, Kochi Prefecture, adheres to a brewing philosophy that prioritizes quality over quantity. The brewery is backed by the Uo River, which provides a high-quality water source and is adjacent to one of Japan's three major scenic forests, the Uo River Forest. Minami Shuzojo is renowned nationwide for its richly aromatic flavors; however, due to its limited production, this sake is only available at a select few specialty stores, making it exceptionally rare.
