"まんさくの花" expresses a rich flavor profile in its rice sake quality, complemented by the wild and robust Omachi rice. The intense mouthfeel, reminiscent of dairy products, that emerges during the melting of Omachi adds an exquisite touch to the taste.

Once-fired original sake, cooled and stored, enhances its freshness and elegance, while low-temperature bottle aging adds richness, immersing the drinker in a sake that resonates with the soul.

The pairing of "まんさくの花" and Omachi is exceptional. This sake is a Junmai Daiginjo made with Omachi rice, aged for approximately two years. This limited edition sake highlights the deliciousness of Omachi even more.

Omachi sake is available in two types: Namagenshu (released around February) and Once-fired original sake (released around November).
