From Senjo Brewery in the Ina Valley of Nagano comes this Junmai Daiginjo nama genshu, brewed with “Sankei Nishiki,” a Nagano-original sake rice officially registered in 2017, polished down to 40%. The name “New Beginning” symbolizes a fresh start, making it especially suitable for celebrating new chapters and special occasions.
