It is a vintage sake that encapsulates the blessings of nature from the 2024 harvest, allowing one to feel the vitality and profound character hidden within large-grain rice.

The name “Moedama” originates from the traditional Japanese notion of rice as a precious treasure, often referred to as “tama” (jewel). The character “Moe” symbolizes budding life and vitality. This limited sake represents Banjo Jozo’s long pursuit of the “ideal Yamada Nishiki,” brewed using specially selected large-grain rice harvested in 2024. After one year of maturation, the inherent power of the large grains emerges in a composed manner, resulting in a flavor profile that balances richness with elegance.
