This sake carries the elegant and magnificent aroma unique to Kudokijozu. It has a sweet taste, and the acidity perfectly balances the spiciness of the sake. The bitterness is subdued, and as it glides down the throat, it brings the refreshing feeling of clear sake.

It is a limited edition sake released only once a year by Kamenoo Brewery. It is made with Yamada Nishiki rice polished to 22%, and brewed with the stable Ogawa yeast and M310 yeast to create a pure rice daiginjo sake. The packaging with a box makes it suitable as a gift.
